Centre and Clearfield Counties presently have 3 garbage dumps being reviewed by DEP. Mr. Walker is in favor of bringing in garbage from New York to put in the Pennsylvania Wilds as evident with his stance at the MoValley partnership newsletter. McCracken is against the dumps. Where do the other candidates stand on importing garbage to the Pennsylvania Wilds?
